The housing correction continues to exact its toll on the global economy. As the U.S. housing bubble pops, deflationary effects persist and continue to exert downward pressure on prices. The nation has managed to muddle through a deep recession led by consumer fear and tightened credit. While unprecedented government stimulus has led to a recent stock market rally, the overall economic trend indicates further volatility and risk. Many of the economic forecasters who correctly predicted the bursting of the housing bubble are now predicting a second leg down. Other forecasters are claiming housing prices have bottomed across the nation. Housingcorrection.com offers a suite of tools to help analyze and make sense of the chaos.
